In this first of two sessions, Endurance Learning's Brian Washburn will walk participants through several fundamental design and delivery considerations to ensure every presentation is engaging and can lead to positive change. By the end of this session, attendees will have increased abilities to:
Compare and contrast skills needed for effective in-person vs. virtual delivery
Identify effective ways to use common virtual training features for maximum engagement
Connect learning objectives/outcomes with activities and features such as chat, breakout rooms, whiteboards, and more.

In the second of two sessions, Endurance Learning's Lauren Wescott will share her experiences serving in the Producer role. By the end of this session, attendees will have increased abilities to:
Compare and contrast the role of a co-facilitator with the role of a producer
Explain why a virtual training session producer is not just a "nice to have" role
Identify the principle responsibilities of a producer
Troubleshoot and identify workarounds for when virtual presentation technology doesn't work like you want it to.
