This 10-day course has been crafted to equip humanitarian workers and those interested in building a career in humanitarian sector work with strong foundations for humanitarian work and help them acquire relevant knowledge and skills in governance, leadership and accountability applicable during crisis and emergency situations.
You will acquire new skills for effective coordination to better respond to new and emerging humanitarian crises and to be better prepared for future humanitarian crises. You will get acquainted with the application of leadership and governance principles applicable to humanitarian situations in particular issues to do with multi-stakeholder coordination.

Learning Outcomes
