Humanitarian Improvised Explosive Device Disposal (HIED-D) Operator Course at MAT Kosovo. The World Premier IMAS EOD School.
This HIED-D Operator course is for those who have already completed the HIED-Search and IMAS EOD level 3 courses, or have previous military Improvised Explosive Device Disposal (IEDD) or Advanced Search experience, serving or retired, UN, NGO or government agencies involved in HMA. This 3-week course will give those wanting to step up to a higher level with the ability to enhance their skill set. Primarily dealing with IED’s and Booby Traps; utilizing remote control vehicles, UAS and disruption techniques, and work in cadre with HIED-S teams within a permissive HMA environment.
On successful completion of the course, you will have acquired the requisite knowledge, skills & attitude necessary to perform Disposal of various types of IEDs in both urban and rural permissive HMA environments.
We assist our students obtain their Kosovar visa if they need a visa to enter Kosovo. Please note that if you require a visa to enter Kosovo we need to receive the deposit for attendance a minimum of 7 weeks prior to the course start date in order to have your visa application processed in time.
