Course Information
Did you ever wonder what the secret of successful proposal writers is? Well, you are about to find out! In this three-day boot camp we want to share with you everything we know about writing winning proposals for NGOs.
Through a combination of live sessions on Zoom and self-study (downloadable resources, case studies, and homework) participants will learn a proven process for developing winning proposals in development. In the Zoom sessions, there will be room for questions and discussion. Participants learn high-impact skills for developing recipient-focused proposals that score higher on evaluations.
A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course, which requires attendance at the live sessions, passing quizzes, and a final course exam.
Course content includes:
- What is the fundraising cycle
- What is a project proposal
- What are the most important parts of a project proposal (i.e. project background, activities, budget, etc.)
- Who should work on the project proposal
- What do you have to look out for before submitting a proposal
- What should you NEVER do when writing a proposal?
