How to design and deliver online training that engages, involves and empowers your learners
We’re all having to change the way we do things, including how we learn and how we help others to learn. To facilitate means ‘to make it easy’, but how can we make it easy in such challenging times?
Learning is experiential, so as trainers we need to facilitate creation, not just consumption. In a virtual, online environment, creating opportunities for participatory, collaborative learning is more important than ever. Together, we will explore how it can be done.
The objective of this training is to equip the participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to design engaging, participatory training sessions for virtual, online delivery
