Solution Sessions
OpEx365 Solutions will be structured similarly to traditional conference sessions - each addressing a timely and pressing problem with sector experts discussing strategic solutions. Solutions are weekly 90 minute virtual events with the last 30 minutes built in for networking.
Retreats
OpEx365 Retreats bring together the global development community to address the systemic issues still facingour work internally and externally. Together we will build community for large, strategic change and create solutions that draw on the operational excellence and best practices. Retreats will be structured as a one-a-trimester virtual event spanning two days with three hours per day.
